Against Violence in Hamilton.
Hundreds of people are expected to gather outside the Bacardi building in Pitts Bay Road, where speeches will be made before the protesters snake their way along Front Street to Hamilton Police Station. The march has been organised by a group of women concerned about the increasing number of sexual and physical attacks around the Island, particularly against females.
But both men and women are being invited to join in. The speeches will get underway at about 12.30 p.m., with the walk starting soon after.
