Kite safety rules to remember: Never use wire when making your kite: Only fly your kite on dry, sunny days; Fly kites in wide open spaces such as parks, beaches and playgrounds; Never fly kites close to power lines; If you kite does get caught on a power line, DO NOT try to pull it down as this could result in someone receiving a serious shock. Leave the kite where it landed and call Belco at 295-5111.
