Mrs. Packwood-Phillips believes "a job is a job and I stay with it until the business closes. My job is that of wait staff and I plan on keeping it. People want to be served delicious food and I provide that service.

"I have worked with Fritz 29 years total as I worked at Hoppin' John too. I started working as a young girl and to this day I work hard and I am dedicated. Fritz and everyone here are like family to one another.'' One of the reasons Mrs. Packwood-Phillips enjoys her work is her customers.

They come in and ask for her by name. She loves meeting people and gets along well with everyone.
