Local stars set to shine on City Hall stage
This musical is sure to touch your heart as you experience song, dance and drama performed by some of Bermuda's finest artists in "A Figure of Speech'' written and produced by Gina Spence-Bean.
The musical, which was choreographed by Marcia Pringle, "tells stories that affect all walks of life, stories that take you back to times when love and respect was instictive.
"It also tells stories that carry you through the challenges of today, while giving hope of a better tomorrow.'' Special guest artists are Big Daddy Gates, Charlie Taylor, Wellington Darrell, Diamonds in the Rough, and Love Alive Ministries.
The musical will be held tomorrow, Thursday and Friday at 8 p.m. at the City Hall Theatre. Tickets can be purchased from Ricky's Barber Shop, Spence's Hair Designs, and the Music Box or 292-3945.
