Marriott wins improvement award

Bill Marriott, chairman and president of Marriott International, presented an award to Mark Conklin, general manager of the Tucker's Town resort.
The "most improved'' distinction was based on an internal rating system based on guest comment cards.
"The entire resort should take pride in this tremendous accomplishment and I commend them on their efforts to provide unsurpassed service to our guests,'' Mr. Conklin said. "It is a great honour to be recognised by Bill Marriott and the entire organisation for our achievements.''
