The "most improved'' distinction was based on an internal rating system based on guest comment cards.

"The entire resort should take pride in this tremendous accomplishment and I commend them on their efforts to provide unsurpassed service to our guests,'' Mr. Conklin said. "It is a great honour to be recognised by Bill Marriott and the entire organisation for our achievements.'' WELL DONE -- Mark Conklin (centre) general manager of Marriott's Castle Harbour Resort in Tucker's Town recently received the award for running the "most improved'' hotel in the Marriott International chain recently.
