Mr. Ezekiel is president and managing director of International Advisory Services (IAS) in Bermuda, which he established in 1981.
IAS currently manages 110 companies with an annual premium volume of $1.2 billion and invested assets of $3.5 billion. IAS is now a part of The Mutual Risk Management group of companies, within which it operates as an autonomous unit.
Mr. Ezekiel was educated at Sherwood College, Nainital, India and undertook his articles of clerkship in London. He was admitted as a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1971 and admitted to Fellowship in 1978.
In 1972/73 he attended the Graduate Business Centre of the City University, London and received his Master of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Investment Analysis.
Mr. Rosenbaum is a risk management principal with Tillinghast-Towers Perrin.
His experience spans two continents as risk manager, international broker and independent consultant.
Mr. Rosenbaum is Editor of Captive Insurance Company Reports and a contributor to the Captive Insurance Company Directory , Tillinghast-Towers Perrin publications of information and news about the captive industry.
He is co-author of Generally Accepted Captive Standards , a Tillinghast monograph. Mr. Rosenbaum has made contributions to articles in the National Underwriter , Britain's The Review , The Geneva Papers , published in Switzerland, and Business Insurance , as well as citations in The New York Times , The Wall Street Journal , Fortune Magazine , Forbes and numerous trade journals.
