starting with a Spittal Pond children's nature walk on Thursday, February 12.This event is meant mainly for primary school-age children. Groups start every 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

This event is meant mainly for primary school-age children. Groups start every 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

There will be a Waterville plant and bake sale on Saturday, February 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Donors are asked to drop off plants and baked goods any time on Thursday, Friday or Saturday morning.

On Saturday, February 21 there will be an auction and jumble sale in the Jack King Building, Botanical Gardens.

Along with your jumble the Trust is asking for people to give one good thing that will give a good price at auction.

Also bring used toys, books, housewares, jewellry, furniture, silver, linens and pictures to the Jack King Building on Monday February 16.

*** The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute presents the Ocean Explorers Lecture Series focusing on "Sailing Around the Falkland Island and the Antarctic on War Baby '' by Warren Brown Sr.

The lecture series will take place in the Tradewinds Auditorium on February 13 at 7.30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. BUEI members $5, guests $7.50.
