New band to make debut

"Salt Kettle'' will play a selection of original jazz, and rhythm and blues songs from 10 p.m. at the White Horse Tavern in St. George's.

"Salt Kettle'' will play a selection of original jazz, and rhythm and blues songs from 10 p.m. at the White Horse Tavern in St. George's.
Founded by guitarist Steve Mundy and saxophonist Kim Carter, the band includes Tony Cox on drums, Stan Gilbert on bass, Tony Berry on keyboards, Doug Frith on saxophone, and Tim Rhodes on trumpet.
Tickets for the event are $75 and include dinner and a carafe of wine per couple.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7.30 with musical accompaniment by Tony Berry.
Tickets are available from the Bermuda Aquarium or Music World, in the Bermudiana Arcade.
