Galapagos' an audio visual slide presentation by Ann Smith Gordon.

It will take place at Mount St. Agnes auditorium tomorrow at 8 p.m.

This audio-visual slide presentation takes the viewer on a four-week journey through the smallest of the colourful South American Andean countries, and as well, "we will explore many of the unique and beautiful Galapagos Islands,'' Mrs. Gordon said.

She added: "The old town of the capital city Quito, with its wealth of churches, chapels, monasteries and convents, is fascinating. A few miles away is the spot marked by an impressive monument indicating the Equator, or official middle of the world.

"The actual trip to the Amazon jungle is an adventure in itself.'' *** To celebrate the Bermuda National Gallery's fifth anniversary on March 15 a number of activities have been organised.

On Saturday, March 15 there will be an open house with free admission all day with docents available throughout the gallery to answer your questions about the gallery and artwork.

Bring the family and take part in `our' family fun day with puzzle pages, a treasure hunt and prizes for the children.

On Tuesday, March 25 celebrate with the BNG at the `1950 Sock Hop' featuring the one and only Harvard Krokodiloes -- who performed at the BNG's first benefit.

The concert will be followed by 50's music, food and a dance demonstration.
