`Rhythm of a Dancer', directed by Suzette Harvey, will feature African, modern, tap, hip hop and jazz. `Rhythm of a Dancer' takes place at City Hall on May 5 through 7, at 8 p.m. nightly. Tickets at $20 are on sale at the City Hall box office between 12 and 2 p.m., Monday to Friday.
