They are: Ch. Insp. Norrell Hull, originally from St. Vincent, who has completed 28 years of service in varied capacities; Insp. Stanley Hill after 31 years of service in Central and Eastern Divisions and operations; Insp. David Purcell who spent most of his 27 years of service as a supervisor at Central division; Insp. Stephen Petty who concluded his 29-year career in charge of Marine Section; Sgt. Stuart Donaldson who came from England in 1973 and was Eastern Divisional Clerk during the latter part of his career; and P.c. Raphael Honore who has spent most of his career as a garage mechanic at Prospect.
