Mr. Simmons, who said he was delayed at a meeting in Somerset, later telephoned the Premier's office to apologise. The presentation was postponed until Monday.

Premier the Hon. Sir John Swan earlier promised Government would match the money raised by the BIU toward Rwanda relief.
