Dr. Timothy Wilson is a special advisor to South Africa's Minister of Health, the local group said in a news release.

Beyond Barriers, a coalition of unity advocacy and community support organisations. It ran a number of programmes aimed at spreading mutual understanding and a sense of oneness to coincide with the first anniversary of multi-party elections in South Africa on April 27.
Dr. Wilson is a friend of Bermuda lawyer Mr. Arthur Hodgson. They met when each was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University.
The 7 p.m. forum at Astwood Hall on Church Street will also feature a local panel. MPs Ms Renee Webb of the Progressive Labour Party and Mr. John Barritt of the United Bermuda Party will be joined by two students -- Jennifer Burland of Bermuda High School and Quito Swan, who attends Florida A&M.
"This cross-section of local participants will offer the public an opportunity to hear a broad perspective on this issue which is so important to the long-term welfare of us all,'' the statement said.
