and Commonwealth Scholarships to Miss Tracy Dilks and Mr. Larry Mussenden at Government House.

The 15,000 scholarships will enable Miss Dilks to study at Wolverhampton University and Mr. Mussenden -- the Governor's Aide de Camp -- to study at Kent University.

Both will study law.
