The parade of prizes -- from large to small

The Blue Water Sailing Club Board of Governors' Trophy -- First to finish the race.

The Navigator's Trophy -- For the navigator of the first overall yacht on corrected time.

Class Prizes For each of the six classes there are trophies for boats finishing first through fourth.

The winner of Class B is presented the Min Ron II Memorial Trophy, a perpetual trophy presented in memory of Jerry and Sheila Kaplan, who were participants in previous Marion to Bermuda races.

The winner of Class D is presented the Joel B. Sykes Memorial Trophy. The trophy is in memory of Joel Sykes, a sailor who participated in the 1985, 1987 and 1989 races. Sykes died suddenly only three weeks after the 1989 event.

Special Awards The Bartram Trophy , donated in 1993 by J. Burr Bartram, jr., is awarded for the best performance by a US Naval Academy yacht.

The Corporation of Hamilton Trophy , donated by the corporation of Hamilton, is awarded to the most outstanding Bermuda yacht.

The Adams Bowl , donated by the Henry Coolidge Adams family, is awarded to the most outstanding New England yacht.

The Naval Academy Yacht , donated by the US Naval Academy, is awarded to the most outstanding yacht from Chesapeake Bay and adjacent waters.

The Commodores' Cup , donated by friends of the Blue Water Sailing Club, is awarded to best yacht from the Blue Water Sailing Club.

The Town of Marion Trophy , donated by the town of Marion, Massachusetts, is awarded to the most outstanding yacht from Buzzard's Bay.

The Bermuda Longtail Trophy , donated by friends of the Beverly Yacht Club of Marion, is awarded to the most outstanding yacht from the Beverly Yacht Club.

The Deborah Anne Domenie Memorial Trophy , donated by the Domenie family, is awarded to the most outstanding yacht from New York, New Jersey or Connecticut.

The Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club Centennial Trophy is awarded to the winning team of three yachts entered from one club or association.

The Robert N. Bavier, jr., Trophy , donated by Yachting Magazine, is awarded by vote of the Race Committee in recognition of outstanding seamanship and sportsmanship.
