annual gospel concert at the New Testament Church of God, Southside, St.
David's on Saturday, September 16, beginning at 7.30 p.m.
The event is the organisation's sole fund-raiser this year.
The cost of admission is: patrons $25, others $15, and the net proceeds will go to the Foundation's Arlene Warner Memorial Scholarship Fund. Ms Warner succumbed to the disease. For further information telephone 292-3886 or fax 292-2403.
A new exhibition opens at The Bermuda Arts Centre at Dockyard on September 17.
Entitled Wild Things, the themed and juried members' show will feature art work exploring "the wild side'' -- wilderness, wonderlands, wastelands, wild creatures, crazy people, mad dreams and nightmares, whatever. Guest artist is well-known cartoonist Peter Woolcock.
Wild Things will run until October 27.
Also at The Bermuda Arts Centre at Dockyard, spaces are still available for the forthcoming workshop, The Zen of Drawing, which takes place from September 18-20. The cost os $250.
