Fourways Inn will appear on the Discovery Channel's "Great Chefs of the World'' programme on November 3 at 5.30 p.m. -- cable channel 36.

And executive chef Steve Young will cook one of his signature dishes on the show alongside chefs from Lyon and London.

Fourways Inn GM Gerry Ivers noted: "This will give excellent exposure , not only to Steve and Fourways, but also to Bermuda in general and at a crucial time for tourism.'' In other news from the Warwick restaurant, Mr. Ivers also announced the planned construction of new kitchens at the Middle Road site.

"On a separate note, we are delighted to announce we will be investing a large sum of money to build new state-of-the-art kitchens early in the new year.
