Photographer Gretchen Gurr trotted around the world to prepare for her latest exhibition.

The show, 'Eye of the Beholder', opens tomorrow at the TQ Atrium, on the Upper level of the Walker Arcade.

Ms Gurr travelled with National Geographic photographers in pursuit of her love of photography.

"The collection on display at TQ is a gorgeous blend of black and whites and full colour," explained Susan Pearson of by Select Palette Art, which is putting on the show.

"Through her lens, we view special moments in Mexico, Italy, London's blizzard in January 2009 and most recently Scotland's autumn beauty, which was taken last month."

The exhibition runs until February. All are welcome to the opening reception tomorrow from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Regular TQ viewing hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
