There are many events going on to keep them excited before the trick or treating of Halloween night when the ghouls and goblins come out to play.

Today:

Volcanic Productions' Children's Haunted Playground takes place at Kaleidoscope, Jubilee Road, Devonshire between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Parking is at Christ Church, Devonshire.

Saturday:

WindReach Bermuda Harvest Festival runs between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Attractions include a pumpkin carving competition, costume competition, a performance by gombeys, a petting zoo, and food stalls. Aberfeldy Nurseries is holding a decorated/carved pumpkin competition. Entries must be dropped off before 4 p.m. on Saturday. The winners will be chosen at 2.30 p.m. the following day and can be taken home at 4 p.m. for Halloween festivities.

Masterworks' is to host Halloween-themed crafts for kids of all ages between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. There will also be salsa dancing for kids courtesy of SeaBreeze Salsa. Telephone 236-3356 for more information or visit www.bermudamasterworks.com.
