Davis releases singles
Bermudian Winfield Davis has released two new singles.
The jazz artist released a debut album, 'Midnight Player', in 2007. That was followed eight months later by 'C Street'.
That album featured the song 'Laylah's Theme', which made it to the number one spot on the MTB music charts (Internet Radio Station).
His latest singles, 'Fusion Seeker' and 'Sunset Samba', mark him as a premier force in smooth and nu jazz. 'Fusion Seeker' had its premiere yesterday. 'Sunset Samba' will follow in two weeks.
"As a composer, my music is deep, very deep, but reachable not only to the sophisticated ear of the smooth jazz enthusiast, but to the common person who just wants to hear great music or to simply chill," said Mr. Davis.
"My innovative compositions have been compared to the likes of Miles, Herbie, Hiroshima, Weather Report and others."
Mr. Davis writes, composes, arranges and plays the instruments on all of his music.
His singles can be heard on several Internet radio stations including CitySounds Radio at www.citysounds.com, Music Tampa Bay at www.musictampa.com, Live365 radio at www.live365.com and Kjazz 98.1.
Mr. Davis' music is available on several sites including www.winfielddavis.com, Itunes.com, Rhapsody.com, Amazon.com and E Music.com
