Happy new year to all my readers and I hope that 2016 is kind to you, both at and away from the bridge table.

Please accept my apologies for the missing column this week but I have changed computer systems during my current travel and it has all been a bit of a challenge.

I will be back physically and with the column next week — and will dream up something special to make up for the gaps of late.
