The Cabinet Office today announced changes in the executive of the Civil Service.As The Royal Gazette reported last week, former Cabinet Secretary Marc Telemaque has been appointed permanent secretary of National Security.He assumed those duties on December 29.Wayne Carey became permanent secretary for the Ministry of Youth, Families and Community Development on January 4.Michelle Khaldun was made permanent secretary for the Ministry of Business Development and Tourism, on that same day.
