Taxi driver Hadley goes the extra mile

Stalwart cabbie Hadley Edwards has been honoured for his willingness to drive the elderly and disabled.
Bermuda Senior Islanders Centre director Fred Hassell nominated Mr. Edwards for his willingness to take fares from the centre in Admiralty House, Pembroke to seniors' homes as far away as Southampton.
Transport Minister Ewart Brown congratulated Mr. Edwards and said every three months a cab driver would be awarded for exemplary service and he invited the public to submit nominations to the Public Service Vehicles Licensing Board.
