Kim Swan has been elected as the new leader of the United Bermuda Party. The announcement was made at a UBP meeting tonight at which both Mr. Swan and party colleague E.T. (Bob) Richards stood against one another in a bid to lead the Opposition party. Mr. Swan was interim UBP leader going into the contest.
