Water problems have forced Dellwood Middle School to close immediately.

The announcement was made by the Ministry of Education following consultation with Dellwood Middle School administration and the Ministry of Works and Engineering.

Said a spokesperson: “(We) would like to inform the parents of students of the Dellwood Middle School and the general public that, due to a loss of running water, the school will close immediately in the interest of public safety.

"The Ministry apologises for any inconvenience; steps are being taken to restore water service to the school as soon as possible.”
