Burglar strikes same home twice in two days
A Tribe Road Number Three, Devonshire resident had his home burgled twice in two days.
Sometime between 4.30 a.m. and 9.30 p.m. on Sunday, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while he was away and stole a grey Toshiba laptop computer and a pair of Motorola walkie talkies.
Then sometime between 2 and 2.45 p.m. on Monday, the complainant discovered a burglar had taken a computer adapter cord, three bottles of wine, a tan coloured leather wallet, a Sharp organiser, a gold chain with a Sagittarius pendant and a gold cross pendant.
Inquiries into these incidents are underway.
A burglar stole $660 from a Verdmont Road, Devonshire apartment while the victim was out Monday.
And a X-Box video game system and two DVDs were taken from an Underhill Lane, Pembroke home between 2.40 p.m. and 3.30 p.m while after the householder had left the apartment.
