THE ISIS Group, a corporate finance consultancy set up to fund its sister charitable organisation, The ISIS Foundation, has announced that it has expanded its operations to include a new Bermuda law firm, ISIS Law.

In association with Bermudian lawyer Marco Montarsolo, ISIS Law will provide boutique strategic and legal advice on investment funds, structured finance, restructurings and cross-border transactions.

"We are absolutely delighted that we now have a Bermuda law firm as part of The ISIS Group," said Sharon Beesley, co-founder of The ISIS Group and senior counsel to ISIS Law.

"We have been bringing business to the Bermuda market for many years and I am looking forward to expanding the services we are able to offer. Marco is a talented lawyer and a perfect fit for the ISIS Group."

ISIS Law will complement the other services offered by The ISIS Group, which include a placement and corporate finance business (ISIS Asia Pacific and ISIS Ltd) and a fund administration business (ISIS Funds Services Ltd).
