Security will be boosted at Magistrates? Court today.

There will now be a security guard, screening devices and a turnstile at the front entrance of the Hamilton court complex.

Everyone entering the building will be screened and then searched before stepping inside.

And people attending court today have been warned to allow time for the new procedures and arrive 30 minutes early.
