Strong winds yesterday prevented the cruise ship Horizon from entering St. George's Harbour again.

A Harbour Radio spokesman said the wind was blowing at 19 to 26 knots and there was no way the Celebrity Cruises' ship could enter the harbour. The Horizon had to dock at Hamilton Harbour - which it also had to do last week because of high winds.
