A Smith's woman told Police that she was riding her rental bike on Middle Road in Sandys early yesterday when a male cyclist overtook her and snatched her bag from the bike's basket.

The 29-year-old woman said the incident happened near White Hill Field at about 12.45 a.m. She told officers that she felt her cycle wobble as a bike behind her overtook and then she saw the rider holding her handbag. The suspect is described as a black male who was wearing a silver helmet with a tinted visor, riding a small black motorcycle. He was wearing a large baggy red and white jacket and baggy blue jeans.
