Ebbin applies to incorporate new construction firm
The president of the development company set to build the $70 million Berkeley Institute has applied to incorporate a new construction firm.
Arthur Ebbin, who co-owns Pro-Active Management Systems Ltd., has applied to incorporate a new limited liability firm call ProActive Construction Ltd.
Attorneys for Mr. Ebbin, King and Associates, printed the legal notice in The Royal Gazette yesterday.
It stated that the object of the firm was to engage in and carry on the business of property developers, marketing agents and estate managers, and, in particular, to act in this regard in connection with house, village-house, town-house, condominium and apartment housing developments, hotel facilities, retail outlets, business and office premises, schools, restaurants and bar facilities, as well as other businesses as should be necessary.
The notice also said the aim of the company was to carry on business of builders and contractors for the purpose of erecting, alerting, repairing and doing any other work in connection with any and all classes of buildings, as well as to construct roads, avenues, slips, sewers, docks, bridges and walls, and any structures to do with their work as builders.
