Govt. updates hospital fees

Government yesterday updated inpatient and outpatient fees for different services at the hospital.
Health Minister Patrice Minors read out the updates in the House of Assembly yesterday as she submitted the Bermuda Hospitals Board (Hospital Fees) Amendment Regulations 2005 for consideration.
The regulations outline the costs of different tests, with the modified barium swallow test priced at $357, the fetal fibronectin test at $175 and wound therapy treatment coming at a cost of $197.
