A Pembroke resident has been hit with a one year road ban for drink driving.James Kenny was stopped by Police when he was over the limit on Harbour Road, Warwick, on June 25.The defendant, 45, of Berkeley Road, was also fined $800 when he appeared in Magistrates Court on Monday. He apologised in court before he was sentenced.
