The Education Amendment Act was passed in the House of Assembly two weeks ago and the Senate will debate the issue of the Act, which will force parents to pay more attention to their children?s school responsibilities.
A second reading of The Statutory Instruments Amendment Act 2003 is on the agenda as well as a consideration of The Maritime Security (Cruise Terminals) (Restricted Zones) Order 2003.
There is also a possibility the motion to be moved by Government Senator Raymond Tannock ?notice of which was given 12th November, 2003: That the Senate take note of the Government Green Paper entitled E-Business Green Paper: The Second Wave?, which was debated in the House of Assembly last Friday.
