The State House Trust Company Limited has sought Planning approval to build a seven-storey building in Pembroke.

State House applied to demolish an existing building on No. 68, Serpentine Road and construct a new seven-storey mixed use office and commercial building. Law firm Cox Hallett and Wilkinson were listed on the application, however, a comment from the firm was not forthcoming last week.
