The Ministry of Works and Engineering and Housing would like to advise the public of holiday garbage and Christmas tree collection for the New Year.

Christmas collection: East End: Today and Friday, December 30 and West End: Today and Thursday, December 29.

New Year's Collection: West End ? Tuesday January 3, 2006 and Thursday January 5, 2006 and East End - Wed. Jan. 4, 2006 and Fri. Jan. 6, 2006.

Recycling: West End ? Thursday January 5, 2006 and East End ? Fri. January 6, 2006

Christmas trees will be collected from the East End on January 18, 2006 and from the West End on January 25, 2006.
