Trenchwork by a Works & Engineering road crew has forced the closure of the southbound lane of Montpelier Road, Devonshire to through traffic.

Motor traffic will only be allowed northbound. It is expected that the trench work will take another two weeks. Barriers and traffic signs will be put in place to divert traffic heading south along Middle Road to the closest detour. Both Watlington Water Works and the Ministry of Works and Engineering apologise for the inconvenience.
