A 45-year-old Pembroke woman was taken to hospital after she was involved in a collision at the round-a-bout at the bottom of Barkers Hill on North Shore Road. The accident happened around 11 a.m. on Wednesday morning. It appears that the collision happened between a car travelling east and the motorbike, which was travelling west.The driver of the car, a 35-year-old Southampton man, was not injured. The woman sustained abrasions to her face, shoulders and back. Her bike was extensively damaged.
