American talk show mogul Montel Williams married long time girlfriend Tara Fowler, in Bermuda on Saturday afternoon during a posh seaside nuptial.

According to MediaTakeOut.com, the couple were married in front of 60 family members and friends and the couple's one-year-old black toy poodle, Mr. Max, wore a harness with a ring-pillow on his back.

The pair attended the opening of the Bermuda Music Festival last week and were pictured with Premier Ewart Brown and his wife Wanda.

Mr. Williams, 51, has been married three times prior and has two children from each marriage. Ms Fowler, 36, is a former flight attendant and met Montel two years ago.

The bride reportedly wore an off-white custom-made Badgley Mishka gown, along with a borrowed set of chandelier diamond earrings from an exclusive jeweller in Beverly Hills, California.

Mr. Williams is widely known for his talk show, "The Montel Williams Show" which started in 1991 and was nominated in 2002 for a Daytime Emmy Award for "Outstanding Talk Show Host".

After his 1999 Multiple Sclerosis (MS) diagnosis, he has become an activist, for research and education on MS for the legalisation of cannabis for patients who suffer from terminal and painful illnesses.
