An investigation is being carried out after a 25-year-old man died in his home.

Police were called to Bermudian Justin Matthew’s apartment at Winton Hill Lane, Hamilton Parish, at 12.29 p.m.

Mr. Matthew was pronounced dead at 1.35 p.m. by a physician. Family members were too upset to comment last night, but they confirmed Mr. Matthew had died in his own apartment, which was below the family home at Winton Hill Lane.

They said his cause of death was unknown and they are awaiting the results of an autopsy. Police say they do not suspect foul play.
