The Belmont Hotel and Golf Club is offering a hospitality package aimed at visitors to a company during the winter.
The deal includes rooms at $99 a night, complimentary green fees, buffet breakfast, ferry fare and use of the golf driving range and tennis courts.
YOUTH QUESTIONED CRM Youth questioned over break-ins Police are quizzing a 13-year-old Hamilton Parish youth over a string of summer break-ins in the Warwick area.
He was arrested on Wednesday morning after allegedly breaking into several homes in Hillview, Warwick, said Police spokesman P.c. Gary Venning.
A Hillview resident alerted the Police, he added.
"Following a search of the area the offender was located and taken into custody.'' St. George's Police have also arrested a 35-year-old Sandys man after a television was stolen from a St. David's Road property.
P.c. Venning said the offence was thought to have occurred last Monday.
The man is expected to appear in court shortly.
VANDAL SMASHES PUB'S WINDOWS CRM Vandal smashes pub's windows A vandal smashed three windows at the Docksider Pub and Restaurant in Front Street.
The attack occurred sometime between 1.30 a.m. and 9.45 a.m. on Wednesday, said Police spokesman P.c. Gary Venning.
He added Police were also alerted after a window was smashed overnight on Tuesday at the Flatts Gift Shop in Hamilton Parish.

MOTORCYCLE RIDER STEAL TV CRM Motorcycle rider steals TV A cool-headed thief stole a TV from a house -- and then cycled off with it on his lap.
Police say the 25-inch Sharp TV was taken from a property in Phillips Cove Lane, Spanish Point, on Wednesday morning.
At about 10 a.m., a neighbour spotted the suspect riding a motorcycle, with the TV, said Police spokesman P.c. Gary Venning.
Anyone with information on the theft should contact CID on 295-0011, he added.
PAYNE WILL ARRIVE TOMORROW CON Payne will arrive tomorrow The US budget crisis has delayed the arrival in Bermuda of chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus, Donald Payne.
Congressman Payne will arrive tomorrow, instead of today as planned, the Progressive Labour Party has announced.
The delay will enable Congressman Payne to attend a special session of Congress on a crisis which has led to the partial shutdown of the US Government.
Congressman Payne will be keynote speaker at the PLP's 28th annual banquet on Saturday at Hamilton's Princess Hotel, which starts at 8 p.m.
A pre-banquet reception will take place today at the party's PLP headquarters in Court Street, starting at 7.30 p.m.
PEMBROKE MAN SENT TO PRISON CTS Pembroke man sent to prison A 30-year-old Pembroke man who broke into the Baha'i National Centre on Cedar Avenue in Pembroke looking for food was yesterday sent to prison for four months.
Kurt Martin, of Cove Lane, pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to breaking and entering into the religious centre on April 12.
Police prosecutor Sgt. Donald Grant said Martin had been drinking at a local establishment, and felt hungry.
Martin went to the centre and tried to get in, through a window, to get some food, added Sgt. Grant.
Martin's lawyer Miss Elizabeth Christopher told the court that there were no aggravating features to the charge, that Martin had a history of alcohol abuse and had been in custody since August.
Magistrate the Wor. Edward King sentenced Martin to four months in prison with time spent in custody to be taken into account.
