tried to give him oral sex instead of paying her fare yesterday morning.

The driver reported that the woman -- who he said looked to be in her 30s -- offered to perform the sex act and tried to unzip his trousers at around 6 a.m. as he drove her home.

He said he immediately stopped the cab, declined her offer and told her he would prefer to have the $30 owed to him.

The woman then jumped out of the vehicle and ran away, the driver said.
