guilty to possessing cannabis.

Robert Wilson of Swans Bay Hill pleaded guilty to the charge.

Prosecuting, Sgt Rex Osborne told the court that last August 16 Police were on duty on Queen Street in Pembroke where they saw Wilson and searched him.

"They found an envelope in Wilson's pants pocket which contained 0.62 grams of cannabis,'' Sgt. Osborne said.

When Police asked him about it he told them that it was herb.
