Times for libel.
His lawyer Mr. Saul Froomkin filed a writ in the Supreme Court this week listing the newspaper's editorial consultant Mr. Walton Brown, associate editor Ms LaVerne White, and marketing manager Mr. K. Murray Brown as defendants.
The action stems from the newspaper's April 16 and May 1 issues which featured articles about $25,650 in cash missing from the Supreme Court.
The Bermuda Times' general manager Mr. Charles Brown refused to comment yesterday on the writ which was filed on Wednesday.
