Edmundson Edwards, who served as a Bermuda Police officer for 25 years, is now in an Atlanta jail, facing between two and five years for theft.

Edmundson Edwards, who served as a Bermuda Police officer for 25 years, is now in an Atlanta jail, facing between two and five years for theft.
West Indian Edwards, a retired Sergeant who left the force in 1991, arrived in Bermuda from the Royal Antigua Police Service, where he had been a corporal from 1956 to 1966.
Chief Supt. Colin McDonald, who left Bermuda as a P.c. in 1975, is serving two years in a UK prison after conning West Midlands Police out of 26,000.
