Court for stealing a handbag from a parked van.

Collin Fubler admitted that on October 6, 1994, he watched a woman leave a van on Washington Street and then stole the bag she had left on the front seat.

Fubler, 39, of Marsh Lane, Pembroke left the bag, which had contained $70 in cash and $150 in personal belongings, behind a building at the bus depot in Hamilton.

Fubler, 39, of Marsh Lane in Pembroke, was fined $250. Of that amount, $70 is to be paid to the owner of the bag.
