Homeless man warned to stay clear of Richardson Trust
Richardson Trust property, a homeless man was given a conditional discharge for being there, again.
Jubert Thatwood Williams, was jailed in December 1998 for trespassing, deprivation of liberty and using threatening words.
Williams is a Rastafarian who believes a large Bermuda stone "shrine'' to his God that he built on the Paget property is sacred and has threatened agents for the Trust because he did not want to disrespect God.
Senior Magistrate Archie Warner told Williams: "You were told to stay away.
It was made clear to you in no uncertain terms.'' Mr. Warner gave Williams a two-year conditional discharge and told him he would be jailed if he flouted an earlier stay-away order.
Williams, 43, of no fixed abode, claimed to have found himself back at the property after his release earlier this month.
The December 1998 trespassing case was sent up to the Supreme Court for sentencing where he was jailed for 18 months in January 1999.
