The Wor. John Judge made the order on Monday after Gail Simons, 37, of Warwick, admitted breaking into her sister's house and stealing a knapsack containing $1,000 in cash.

Her friend, Tanya Smith, 26, also of Warwick, admitted a charge of receiving $300 from Simons, knowing it had been stolen.

Simons broke into her sister's home in search of drug money, on Sunday, December 20. The theft was discovered when her sister could not find the knapsack.

A Wedco spokesman said yesterday a single-storey warehouse behind The Clocktower Shopping Mall has been earmarked for phase III of Dockyard's retail facilities.

The structure, known as Dockyard Building Number 8, is expected to hold 20-22 businesses within its 7,000 square feet of floor space.
