Police said a 19-year-old Pembroke man was helping with inquiries yesterday.
A 31-year-old Pembroke man also needed hospital treatment yesterday for a large head cut following an assault.
He was beaten up by two youths outside the Emmanuel Baptist Church, Dundonald Street, Hamilton.
Police spokesman Sgt. John Dale said officers were called out to three domestic-related assaults on Wednesday night.
They occurred at a Reid Street bar, and at homes in Southampton and Devonshire.
