Glenn Robinson was not required to enter a plea when he appeared before Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis.
He was ordered to return to court for mention on September 28. Robinson, who was represented by lawyer Mr. Julian Hall, was charged with driving while impaired and in a manner dangerous to the public on Harbour Road in Paget on March 25.
He was further charged with refusing to give a sample of breath for analysis.
He was granted bail in the sum of $1,000.
